Isn't that amazing! LU warns and CSCO makes a statement. GTW craps all over Intel and Intel just sits in it.

In CSCO's case it's a direct competitor issuing a warning. In INTC's case it isn't. In either case, CSCO is not in their quiet period. If a company has a stated policy that is stricter than what regulations require then they should stick to it or it could open them up to litigation from those who will point out past exceptions and claim they had the obligation to make another exception.
