Marcos The first time I got a call from a complete stranger that just looked up my number it freaked me out... now I am just used to it. I total agree that people leave a record and there are numerous people that post under nicknames that I have great respect for. In most cases I will contact these people in private and talk with them through both Email and phone (real names and not nicknames <ggg>). I presently talk on a regular basis to numerous people I have met on SI, Stockhouse, etc. with nicknames. It's pretty evident when posters say stupid or malicious things they wouldn't say if they posted under their 'real name'. This is the thing I hate the most. I don't say things on the open thread that I wouldn't say in front of a large audience of people which might include some nut cases. People using nicknames will posts lies, hype, etc. and just be plan vicious. When people finally ignore them enough they just change nicknames and start again. I know if I was posting under a nickname I probably would have been a hell of a lot harsher with Fuddle for example, it is just the nature of being anonymous. Since it is my real name I have to watch very close what I say. If people did use their real names... and I mean real names and not fake "real names" these threads would be far more civilized.
