If Preferred doesn't work out for you, you may want to consider CyberX from CyBerCorp.com. Besides having to ability to trade directly (NOT through SNET) on the ECNs, they also have something called "CyberExchange ECN". It's sort of like Preferred's routing mechanism in that it routes orders. What's interesting about CyberExchange ECN is that it routes ONLY to ECNs.
