Nifty! Hard to see what the deals are worth, but we might see a little movement in this stock tomorrow.

Looks like I put off buying just a little too long. :-)

I think it is worth a post.

January 10, 2000

Message To Users

This is my first "Message to Users" since our launch on January 1st, 2000. Even though our site has only been up a few days, and is still a "work in progress", we are very gratified by the number of compliments and favorable comments that we are receiving. Many of your suggestions have already been implemented and over the next 2-3 weeks many more refinements to the site will occur.

We are pleased to announce that we have sold our first Banner Ads. If you want to see some of our advertising and affiliate Banner Ads type in the words "travel agency", and then click "travel agencies & bureaus" to see Carlson Wagonlit. Under "book stores", click "book stores" to see Barnes & Noble. Under "golf equipment", click "golf equipment & supplies - retail, or basketball clubs", and then click basketball clubs to see CBS Sportsline. Under "computer training", click "computer training" to see DiscoverWare. These are just a few. More to come.

We are also pleased to announce that Mr. Michael Lightheart has joined our company this week as our Chief Technical Officer. Michael brings with him 20 years of computer management experience and direct experience with the development of Search Engine/Directories. Michael will be instrumental in the continued growth and expansion of the Production Department.

As far as our security filing is concerned, it continues to proceed as planned and mentioned in my January 1, 2000 "Message to Users".

Please note that as our Search Directory is now up and running we will be removing the "Site Demo" from our Website. Our feeling is why look at a demo, when you can do an actual search much faster?

Yours truly,

C.F. Sweeney
President & C.E.O.
