Keith, I think you hit the nail right on the head. What I have gathered has been that it is Lucent's wireless division that is bleeding badly. Nortel has chosen to outsource much of their manufacturing, and going the route of an Integrator. Ericsson is just beginning to go the route, Nokia figured it out much sooner than Ericy, Motorola is going that way, yet Lucent is having a difficult time. A lot of internal political conflicting, etc......
