George, my good man!

Blown it in this first round??? I believe I was not the one asking the question in the first place and my last statement said I was researching the topic. I did however state my opinion about feeling dolphins are smarter than we give them credit for, as well as speculate, not make claims, maybe even more than we will ever admit. As I stated before, I am still researching the data that has been collected on their intelligence, and there is more than I had thought including military programs....

Being a bit wordy it takes all of this to state, Yes, I'll stick around for awhile!!

Aw, come on George, if one of my posts had you reading and rereading it, I would like to know which one it was. I am, after all, human, and therefore easily flattered.

I do not believe William has blown it in the first round at all. He said something positive about dolphins, and was hit with FEELINGS REALITY, i.e., anything you say here will be challenged, spun, dumped upside down, examined from every imaginable perspective, sat on, spat out and the fumes will be set on fire! Or something like that. A possible positive result is that he knows quite a bit more about dolphins than when he wrote his first post, and he may feel good about that.

I occasionally find the process fascinating, it is always intellectually stimulating, and sometimes I am blown away.
