i own some lucent and northern telecom. maybe i should go heavier on northern telecom and lighter on lucent. what do you think? i also think microsoft, like csco, will beat the number. regards bloomberg.com

Seems to me this is a fantastic opportunity to make money on Jan calls, just two weeks away from expiration. We are lucky this time because earnings come out before options expire. This rumor is great stuff, since if it turns out to be untrue this will come to light just days before options expire and the stock will get a big lift. Who cares who's f**king who, as long as you can ethically profit from it!! I'll be buying lots of cheap calls tomorrow. Bill
