Gary getting same error after installing the patch. I have rebooted computer and ran install twice to make sure it took. When I go to the output to metastock window and output one folder at a time it does not hang up. It only hangs when I try to update the entire directory in one shot. I know you guys will get this straightened out cuz QP rocks. ht david

Gary, I installed the patch but still get the same error message during download. I'll keep my fingers crossed that you'll get it solved soon. I'm sure this is as frustrating to you as it is to us. Thanks for your responsiveness. Mike

Gary: As a previous user of Supercharts, I miss a feature they have that I hope maybe you could install on Quotes Plus. When you view a chart, with Supercharts you could insert text (I used an arrow and words). I used this to mark the day I thought would be a good buyin or sell point and then track it for the next month or so to see how well my analytical skills were. Could you somehow add this feature, i.e.the ability to insert text in the quote plus charts or lists? Mahalo, Newton
