I agree with that, I would also add that this is part of the reason for ATHM going nowhere. You can dress em up but these old phone companies and cable companies don't get it. There managers are monolithic and still stuck in we are doing the customer a favor/utility frame of mind. Fortunate for the consumer that on the DSL side we have hungry entrepenurial companies in the mix that actually want to make customers happy. ATHM is dying on the vine thanks to T. The free ISP thing is an indication that they are grasping for straws. Regards,

If this stock ever tumbles with the market, I will be buying more. How about if it tumbles against the market? Any ideas as to today's weakness? And I know how you feel about DSL delays. I ordered Earthlink DSL in mid-November, three weeks later they said my line would not work, then they said their testing protocol was faulty, they retested on December 20 and found it to be workable, and I'm still waiting for GTE to call me with an install date. No wonder most people are still on 56K modems. This is a pain, and I haven't even started the installation process yet.
