Nathan, if you are out there, and would like to make some money back on TCT, who don't you reorganize, giving shares at 20 cents to the $10 million in debt, this would give us a debt free company with 65-70 million shares o/s. Then deal yourself and some promoters mgmt options on 6.5 million shares, which would be the permissible 10%. Then get some other manufacturer to make Charge Air Coolers and pay TCT a royalty. This would pay your salary and rent while you turned the company into an Internet play. I believe that the 50 million shares issued in return for debt could be freely traded, and for the ones I as one debenture holder would receive, I certainly would be very willing to give an option to a promoter. Most current holders of debt would probably do it too. Could be a great shell.
