IMO, the latest AOL/TWX efforts will put Liquid Audio in a position to be acquired.

LQID is a media-neutral technology company that fits well into AOL's obvious thrust to put media at the forefront. At this point AOL should be looking at technology, not eyeballs for future acquisitions.

Walter..do you or any of the other lqid fans here have any idea what the industry's lawsuit against mppp means for lqid...do we go down in sympathy with mppp as this lawsuit maybe potentially devastating to this company and is the whole music over internet group in trouble because of this?? Thanks
