Okay so what you are saying is they issue 25% more DRYD stock, that is 25% dilution right there, so knock 25% off the share price, restricted or not it's part of the o/s. Then they put $1 MM into Vista. They have that $1MM now? I agree though, as a shell play this is not a bad one at all. Hell it was a great one already for lots of us, starting back in June at .01625.
