Correction.

Someone bought 2 blocks of 270,000 shares total of 540,000 shares.
270,000 shares at 25 1/16 and 270,000 shares at 25. These blocks
were followed by small lots of 44 1/2's.

I think 45 might be a good support...if the market don't tank again
tomorrow.
