guess I better call 'em and get on the list.

peckerheads really screwed me up this time. I even went back in and tried the down load, and they said I was signed up for the 7.0 and goto help and the download is there. Only I don't have 7.0 so that ain't in my help options.

I called the 972(area code) tech number, and the gal I spoke to didn't have a clue what I was asking for.

Should I call the 800 number? Thanks.
