thanks pjay....yes in retrospect we should have loaded up much more back then eh..but we always know better later ....I was in this already as NOFF...well it was a very nice run the last few days...and hopefully we will have a nice IPO..although the market might not permit an IPO at the moment..they might wait a few month to get the Nasdaq on a more positive trend again..

Well, I don't really agree with some of these numbers...
most IPOs have a certain price because the amount of shares
is adjusted, up or down, so that the IPO price is in the
$10-20 window, and the overall value of the company is inline with
similar companies. To say that How2 will be worth $30 makes it
much, much more valuable than learn2.com for example... which I
am certainly fine with if it's true... but who knows... =)
