That probably becomes unbridled enthusiasm in the marketing dept. There is a corollary there based on some physical law of reciprocity. The more beleaguered appearance of the ops guy, the more chipper the marketing guy. Pain, pain, whose got the pain?<G> The question I have is what happens to the DD guys when/if WD gets back on-line after choking through their recall re-build. Back to pain all around?
