Jim - RE: "We've got these really cool
i820 chipsets too that work with this really cool RAMBUS RAM which runs at high MHZ...and Ted, you know MHZ-Sells (TM-McMannis).

AMD Ted: yeah, McMannis has that right. Let's do it."

Yeah, yeah, dream on!

Nice "script". ;)

PS: I'm still cracking up!

Jim, I like your version of the Teddy & Craig chronicles better than the one I just wrote.

Teddy thought Craig was saying his name ("Waite, Waite, Waite"), but he was really saying, "Wait, wait, wait."

Hi Jim:

Your overview is probably pretty darn close to real world events that did occur...Once again, it's difficult to understand GTW's gullibility in response to Intel's stream of "some-time-in-the-future" carrots!

Say Jim, did you ever see Monty Python's "World Cheese Emporium" skit, where the world's largest cheese store promises a selection of every cheese found anywhere in the world, but when asked to provide even some of the standard selections, could only come up with some arcane (but humorous) reason as to why it wasn't currently available? For each request, the excuse became more exagerrated until finally excuses no longer even bordered on the ridiculous.

Recommend you get a copy from your local video store if you haven't seen it already...Not unlike the real world scenario that has recently been witnessed by GTW, but in a humorous vein (i.e nobody gets hurt)!
