Sorry Anthony, but charging people to be admitted to your private site IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECEIVING THE PICKS you give out. That is Investment Advice by definition. It matters not that your customers are free to reject or follow your advice. To put it another way, if you are not charging for the stock picks, what are you charging for? Certainly not for the wine and cheese, that's for sure. I'm not here to criticize, only to point out a possible rat hole that needs to be plugged. I would suggest that you spend the $250 and be an RIA... it's fast and simple. As for me, I do not receive anything of value for my opinions, no cash, no sports tickets, no grocery coupons. In fact, most of the time, no gratitude either... but that's O.K. :-).

Anthony you posted the following...If I show you your own posts reflecting otherwise, will you comment? If I gave advice for money than I would be ..but since I dont .. give advice ..I dont need to be..are you I dont advise anyone on how to invest anything I simply post what trades Im doing....BIG DIFFERENCE ..TJ nevber talked about what he did only what he wanted his sheep to so..he wanted them to jack up his stock so he could sell it to themm..I dont care if any of my members do anything or not.,.. I simply state what My positions are ..Like Im short ETYS and KIDE and bunches of other junk..this info if it gets out at times can hurt me..But either way..I dont care because they are my positions and not forced on anyone else ,..at times people trade agianst me..imagine that..
