Maybe that's why it been DELAYED, Intel had to figure out how to combine multiple wafers to make one processor. ;) Come to think of it, Intel's 300mm wafer program started some time ago, right?!> Cirrus, the delay was in the tapeout. Post tapeout things are progressing quite nicely, i.e., demo within days after 1st Si. Re: your guess. Yep, it's sooo big that I'm considering pitching a tent on one of the die and taking my family vacation. PB
