The way TJ does it on his PRIVATE site is exactly the way what Anthony does on his..there is no difference as far as I can tell. TJ does not force anyone to buy his picks...he usually announce his picks and advice people to do careful DDs..more like freedom of speech. However, once you start receiving money from people you are acting as their investment advisor. This is the fine line that Anthony needs to watch out for...for the SEC will come knocking on his door next. The security lawyers are not stupid..they know what is going on behind the scenes.

A@P: People pay to have a private place that includes the very special people who are in the room....They do not pay for the picks they pay to learn and to see what it takes to become better investors in the future..
