This post from Raging Bull is an enthusiastic endorsement of COMPAQ's new products:

EZ series.

I think the new EZ series PC is very cool. That thing that looks like a dial on the front is a "Digital Dash Board" Its basically a digital display with different indicators. I like the fact that the EZ PC has a built in CD-RW, and front mounted Firewire/usb ports. I would love to have one at home. I also read in a PC magazine review that they could connect to the net in 10 minutes. PCMAG rated the EZ series as EXCELLENT. I must say that CPQ is comming out with some very good products lately: Ipaq, EZ series, Aero 1530. I have an Aero 1530, and I am very happy with it. The build quality and plastics used on the 1530 is excellent, on par with the best portable devices from Japan. I am also very impressed by the Compaq 8500 8 way Xeon. Although the 8500 is not a consumer product, it is impeccably built. Anyone that appreciates a well designed server, will be impressed by it. The mechanical/industrial design for the 8500 is ingenious.
