Do you not think that Gateway would not have ALREADY sued Intel in a nanosecond if Intel tried anything of this nature ? You can't seem to form a logical conclusion about anything. For every trivial, minute thing that goes wrong with AMD or a potential AMD customer you AMDroids invent a new conspiracy theory to attribute somebody's f*ck up to some imaginary Intel arrow that it pulls from its Evil Bag Of Tricks. You make Oliver Stone sound like a Girl Scout. Paul
