I just read part of this thread for the first time.

It's obviously where the "greater fools" hang out.

QCOM: PE = 564

book value = $4.44

do you really believe that this valuation nonsense will last??

it never has, in the history of all markets, going back to the 1700's.

Robert Rubin, when asked recently about the markets, said: (to paraphrase, only a bit:) "Investors have a choice. They can believe that the history of all markets in history matter. Or they can believe that they don't."

you greedy, silly folks will be a footnote in the history of the mania. if you don't see/know that, shame on you.

dumb greed kills, folks. I hope you people "take the money" now -- at a price still far above what's warranted for this stock.

btw, I have never had a position in this stock; but it's been an interesting poster boy for the mania, hasn't it?

regards,

doug
