I think that is fair, Borb. Actually the recent shake out of tech stocks may make it more likely as fund managers start to include the neglected domestic stocks to give their funds more diversity. If this happens perhaps more money will go into the Cinderellas such as Amada or Nippon Steel and less into NTT, Softbank or Sony.
