I believe you are correct. As long as the order is outside or inside the bid/ask they go to Island.

If you buy at ask or sell at bid they are first sent to mm's. Each mm has 12 seconds b/4 PT routes it to another mm. They do this 5 times b/4 sending it on to Island.

What I'm not sure of is if I'm bidding at the inside bid (or if I'm selling at inside ask) where they go?

The 7.75 trades take longer because they are paid for order flow.
