Paul, the 130 W at 700 MHz was Intel's estimate long time ago (one year ago). As I said, I have heard that the 130 W number is too low compare to what they are seeing from running chips. That is why I guessed 150 W at 600 MHz.

Either way, it is MUCH HIGHER than the 80 W of the Sparc which you mentioned.
