Jumper,

I have spent the past hour trying to figure out how to respond to your post... and I guess this is the best way...

- since mid July 1999 the markets went into a "power pulse" phase where just about every 6 weeks from then we had a strong move up and then, within a week, a strong move down. There also seems to be a 3 week cycle present, but not as active in terms of DOW movement. According to my analysis of the 30 year bond interest vs Absolute Breadth, we are due to peak the minor cycle early next week, sell off and then peak the major cycle the end of January 2000... which is another clue to me that we may have a 1994 market on our hands.

BTW - sorry to disappoint you but I never have been into the drug culture... geek that I am.
