Elliot, the beauty of MRVC right now is that ALL SIX of MRVC's startups are in critical niches, and their products all seem to be well designed and with above average capabilities.

OA - Optical components (and they have the BLS/Marconi FTTC push using the Triplexor)

HC - B-B E-commerce (First out in the critical European market)

CW - Terabit Routing (High end carrier class for the Internet core)

NAC - Metro DWDM transport (with breakthrough any point-any point connectivity and unprecedented price/performance)

ZUMA - High End Enterprize Routing - a network supercomputing switch router (a new class of device)

AO - All Optical. We don't know much about it, but it has to be hot in that space.

Then add in Red-C which seems to be the most advanced Subscriber management System in the industry, and Linux Router, both of which use both Linux and Open Systems concepts, which are also hot right now.

And don't forget Fiber Driver, which basically connects/converts almost anything to anything and has several modules that have no competition in the market right now.

This lineup of technologies and products is incredible. When you add in their new CMGI-like business model, the prospects are awesome.

It's just the waiting for them to get the message out and for all to be moving that is hard right now.
