Don't ask me. I'm only a CPA. I tried to understand Chuzz's concern, even printed out & studied the 10k. There is a lesson here somewhere,
but even Chuzz is blown away. If McGinn is responsible for the lack of "execution", maybe he should be executed. On CNBC, he came across
somewhat as tired but honest. I'd like to wring his neck.
You and I have to execute every day, WHY DIDN'T HE?

imo, no. Since LU has caused a meltdown I would buy another great co. that hasn't come forward and said in the heated race in this industry, we failed.
