Bargains come from market sliding and bad numbers from one company effecting others in their sector. For example. Lucent got pounded and will continue to get pounded. But, others in its sector are also getting pounded and don't deserve it. Watch NT (Nortel Networks) today. Check out how far off the high on Monday they will be today. Company already said the are satisfied with their numbers, but no one cares in this market.

But, as I have said earlier this week. Bargains are solid P/E's and EPS that have also dropped in price. This is one of the rare times I watch the Price to Book. I also look at the price of the stock in late October and early November and compare it to today's price.

My sad definition of bargains. No e-commerce/b2b is really a bargain in my book. Not in these conditions.
