High SP, I never go by the book, I buy situations not price, too many people step over dollars to pick up pennies. I believe so much in the Q that I just get what I want around what I want and go about my day. I know this is not what you want to hear. When buying in big lots I always go a third, third and a third. I am thrilled either way, if it goes up I am happy and if it comes I am thrilled because I get more of what I believe in at a lower price but with the first third I am at least in. V
