Why is everyone on this thread so positive on JDSU? Cannot answer for anyone else, but I will tell you why I am (and added shares at $156 yesterday). To announce a split before you announce earnings is a sign that earnings are going to be very, very good. I do not take credit for this insight, I read it elsewhere (relative to QCOM's pre-earnings announcement last April if memory serves me). FYI - JDSU is my 2nd largest $ holding. Q is 1st and will remain so for as far into the future as I can see.
