I'm not too good on horizontal counts.

Based on a vertical count and just today's action, I come up with 18. Anyone disagree?

I sold my CNRS, but then bought it back.

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--Cornerstone Internet Solutions Co. (CNRS, news, msgs)
shareholder Wheatley Partners II L.P. registered to sell 2.5 million shares of the company's
common stock, according to a Form 144 released Thursday by the Securities and Exchange
Commission.

A Form 144 indicates an intention to sell restricted stock and opens the door for an individual
to sell the shares but doesn't indicate when, if ever, the actual sale of the shares will occur or
has occurred.

The filing indicates Cornerstone intended to sell the shares on Dec. 21 on the
over-the-counter market. Wien Securities Corp. was listed as the broker for the transaction.

Cornerstone designs, installs and maintains intranet technology and Internet sites.

I thought that was an awful lot of shares for this itty-bitty.

Plus, now that TJ isn't messing with it any more, volume might stay down. Just my thoughts, fwiw.
