You forgot ETT :-) Up almost 30% since the mid and late December buys which locked in an add'l 25% annually from the dividend yield (based on the reduced divie). The total returns in this sectors are likely to make the nut guys jealous :-)

of course i noticed...i have bought boatloads of health care REIT's. HCN, MT, ETT. HR does look good.
