Little note from the Yahoo thread which was posted on the ANCR thread. Can't verify but if true.... Glad I'm still holding.

The News - and What Is Really Happening

Yesterday and today's selloff are related. Apparently Greenberg misrepresented analyst Kumar's comments. If past action is any indicator,
alot of shorts were placed yesterday and today as it is reasonable to conclude Greenberg's cronies knew in advance that Greenberg would
slam ANCR. (It is no coincidence that every time Greenberg reports, the original statement maker has to clarify to counter the Greenberg
misrepresentation.)

Action got so heavy that Nasdaq halted ANCR and asked ANCR to comment upon it. Kumar clarified his comment - Q4 '99 earnings
estimates: unchanged $.05 loss and revenue projections Q4 '99 $5mln to $4.5mln due to Sun putting $500k to next quarter. What matters
most is the earnings, and they remain unchanged.

So all who bailed today may have been suckered and snookered. Further, we probably have a new load of shorts to assist in a rapid
recovery. Further still, ANCR may hopefully put out additional statements to address the last two days, a net positive, on Monday am.

I am a buyer. Glad I did not sell today. Shorts who have yet to cover goofed, and screwed up in reverse. Those who live by the shword die
by the shword.
