Telecom equipment fans are projecting sales at $300b in 5 yrs. The majority of this money will have to be sourced from the Providers thru borrowings. The majority of the stocks of the Providers viz RBOCS, CLECS,NSP and ISP's are currently trending towards their lows. Will these providers be affected by an increase in interest rates.? If they are affected, what has been their historical response regarding their orders to the Eqpt suppliers when interest rates are increasing. Thanks.
