aj, Intel is a good company, they have money, they will do the right thing, why didn't GTW simply ask for some earnings to be transferred from Intel to GTW.
This sort of request is usually done by your lawyer, and sometimes the court is not needed.

ajb, I'll ask you the same question I asked Bill. Show me where GTW claims Intel failed to deliver the committed orders.
