DMW had to get things in order in Dec for the TSE to keep their TSE listing. Guess things must have worked out or maybe they are going to be another .com play when they say "material change". Any other guesses out there?

Jim

Hi Dean,

DMW.T,..stockwatch NR says they are working on a deal that could cause a material change. They were working two alluvial minesites in Angola, but weren't making money. They mothballed the one furthest away from mining activity and brought the movable equipment to the other one to ramp up production. That site also has several pipes which they have been looking for financing to take bulk samples from. Directors have taken over management of company, and cut back all expenditures to improve cashflow. I'm speculating the deal they are working on is to bring in a partner with big bucks to finance the pipe feasibility study. Diamang did work on Camatchia pipe in the 1960's and estimated resources of 13 million carats, sustaining a open pit for about 20 years. Work by Diamang on other pipes in the area indicated that their work tends to underestimate diamond grade by a lot,...evidenced by SUF finding 2 to 4 times the grade at Camafuca than Diamang found.

Rumors say De Beers wants back into Angola, and is talking to different operators. 2 + 2 might equal a big share price jump over the next few weeks.

PHPI,....be nice if Marcos could comment. He was really up on all the details a month or two ago.
