Actual June 30th press release states:

Finline Technologies has begun preparation of Form 20-F for filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Upon the Form 20-F being declared effective by the SEC, Finline will apply for listing on the Nasdaq.

This company is a little ways off from a Nasdaq listing.
