Frenchy The Notorious Stock Humper, HUH? The Chinese Government DOES NOT ALLOW ANY FOREIGN COMPANY to own an INTERNET BUSINESS in China OUTRIGHT! Noo duhhh. You can start a Chinese news agency website anywhere in the world Frenchy. You certainly don't have to start it in China. Or be in China to start it. Or have the permission of any Red China dude to operate it. Or be stupid enough to pay some red china dude 200 million Auzzie dollars to own a part of one.
