These lawsuits are bogus. The lawyers get their fee and the shareholders get nothing. Just ask Compaq shareholders.


I totally agree with your bogus definition except I think they border on being criminal. I have never ever received even a dime from any of these suits filed "on behalf of shareholders". These are the same guys who used to chase wrecks. Scumbags is too good of a description.
