If you can't prove you didn't commit a crime then you must be guilty, is that it here on this thread? Only if you are Intel. You guys live by "reality by consensus".

So do I take this as an admission that you can't find any statement from GTW that Intel failed to meet it's commitments? Here's what I have found to the contrary:
