I haven't seen this before. Are you able to run a trace route or PingPlotter to one of our servers/routers? Have you been able to connect at all in the last few days? You could delete the ContinuumClient.ini file (in Qcharts directory), which is rebuilt when you log in. Is anyone else having this problem?
