I'm sure it depends on the case. My present one is the only one I've assembled. It's an Addtronics (similar to the SuperMicro). The pedestals and screws are steel and it came with washers. If there's no insulation between the board and the case it might be worth pursuing that route if you can easily find some insulating washers. Otherwise try a newsgroup for the manufacturer (is that Asus?). They might have a link to their newsgroups at their website.
