Jim,

Actually the more interesting thing about that article is the fact that MRVC is being mentioned as an optical access company. There is a change in the way this company is being perceived as Optical Access is just a company MRVC holds an equity position in.

What's the story with PBCM, it just looks like a company that lends money in small amounts to people who would not qualify otherwise at the banks?
