I've learned the hard way on stops. A while back I stopped out of SONO, which had had quite a run and then pulled back to my stop at 26 (I believe). I sold. Two days later the stock was back over 30.

PSFT caused me some heartburn on this recent sell-off, but what made me hold was the PNF buy signal that had been triggered and the fact that the sell-off seemed market related rather than related to the stock itself.

I could've been toasted if things had stayed sour in the overall market.

As Jan says, it's more of an art than a science. I'm starting to think a little VooDoo thrown in for good measure doesn't hurt either.

Back later. Have to go out to the shed and toss some chicken bones.
