JH:The government has been kept from growing like topsy because of a Republican Congress. The difference is that this is the first time the Congress has been controlled by the Republicans. Read the Constitution, the legislature is in charge of the country's purse strings. The President has veto power only. Disabuse yourself of the idea that a guy who has never owned anything has had anything to do with the country's present prosperity. JFD
