Ian, Re: Liz Ann Sonders....

As you may know, she was 1 of the 4 guests on the year end W$W show.

She had been the best stock picker for 1999. Per Rukeyser, all of her 11 stocks rose with an average gain for the entire list of 107% !!! Included were 4 doubles & 1 triple.

Those picks must have been easy on the eyes, also....

She was also with child, & due any day.

-

And a belated Happy New Year to you.

Wally

Ian, DELL-ja vu, all over again? <G> Maybe a buying opportunity developing...

bloomberg.com

Is Michael losing it? <g> I thought he previously said something like "we're O.K. in Y2K?"

What do you think would be a good DELL entry price? Or will there be plenty of opportunity now that they have lowered expectations somewhat?

P.S. - Abby Joseph Cohen, who is at a conference in Switzerland, may be interviewed live this A.M. on CNBC. I believe she restated that she felt the S&P was fairly valued.
