I'm not kidding. In Asia, it is very important to exhibit friendliness and mutual trust before you
enter a business relationship. If the relationship is missing, they will not do business with you.
Its true of all countries from Japan to Middle East.

I keep that in mind with every customer in the US market. It is our claim to fame.

Amazon has lots of problems and none of them are related to Asia. They are following my predicted track perfectly except they have lasted longer due to the equity markets giving them easy access to capital as they burn it.

It would be very time consuming to go back on this thread and read all the FA and my predictions on Amazon. The point i am making is every change Amozan has made is necessary due to the problems I could forsee two years ago. In addition, the changes are making profitablility impossible. I no longer believe I am even guessing at Amazon's failure. They will fail big time and maybe HJ will be correct in that AOL will buy them. I do not have a clue on that. Amazon is good from a customer service point of view nut they cannot handle customer serive at a reasonable cost to them compared to gross revenue. Fulfillment cost, writedowns, etc. will forever exceed gross margins.
