PMC-Sierra (PMCS 152 7/8 -11 3/8) Morgan Stanley Dean Witter initiated coverage with an "outperform" rating and 12-month price target of $225 saying PMCS's access, ATM, and optical integrated circuits are critical building blocks for next generation networking infrastructure hardware.
